| 15 Apr 2004 | | Loading...Aww this picture is sweet. I like how you did the braiding of the horse's mane and the flowers! The water looks convincing to me, I think you did very well! | |

Not so much a mirror effect as a cut-out-and-pasted-together semblance of the closer things, made of colour and light and not completely restricted by the original shape. Does that make sense? In any case, I hope it helps. And awesome drawing, I love the background. Linda Kristoffersson replies: "Thank you for your suggestions If I ever decide to draw water again, I'll keep this in mind." | |
| 16 Apr 2004 | Calijn de Jong | Loading...This picture is truly amazing. I love the soft coloring and the awesome detail. The horse has such a sweet look (By the way, she looks like a Gypsie Vanner, a coincidence or did you use a picture of a Gypsie Vanner for reference?). Rarely have I seen pictures around Elfwood that are as good as this one. Linda Kristoffersson replies: "Thank you for your kind comment The horse's position is based on a picture of a mustang (although "customized" in the drawing), but the paint patterns are those of a Vanner, so your guess is most certainly right. Couldn't help it; I love Gypsy Vanners! " | |

| 23 Jul 2005 | Steph | Loading...Nice. You've done a good job with the person and the background and you also did well with the more draft style horse. Beautiful job with the forlock and mane, and flared nostrils, the horse looks very watchful. | |
| 7 Apr 2007 | Tolkien Freak | Loading...Oh, wow, this is beautiful! The water is great; I love that look, and I really like the horse (finally, a solid HORSE instead of those dainty, longlegged things you always see with elves. and the princess. Her face is so delicate! I *also* like the blue shade to the pic, very nice. | |
