| 10 Apr 2004 | Arabian horse lover ^-^ | Loading...Actually anonymous person, draft horses have their withers lower sometimes in certain poses. Well, this is one. He looks powerful and seems to be 'ruling' the hill. I know a lot about horses and drawing them, and you and i have sort of the same style of drawing!!!!!! i might have found a friend in the art world. Linda Kristoffersson replies: "Thank you for all your lovely comments! I'm glad you like the way I draw horses. Too bad you haven't included an e-mail address, I would really love to see how you portrait the equine I'm just hoping you check back here sometime. You're welcome to send me an e-mail if you'd like." | |
| 15 Apr 2004 | Anne Whitver | Loading...Mmmm i want him. He is gorgeous! Have you considered doing a closeup of his head? Maybe from a different angle? from the thumbnail it looks almost as if he is in armor. Linda Kristoffersson replies: "I'm glad you like him I've never thought of doing a closeup of him but now that you mention it, it would be an interesting thing to do Thank you for commenting!" | |

I have a unicorn standing like this on my site sept mine isn't colored in as realistically as yours. I realize I need major practice after looking at this, if there's some book or site or something you looked at to help you get this good I'd love to hear some suggestions. I think I got the basic body shape down for drawing I need to learn the good coloring now. Good work.

| 7 Jun 2004 | Kristy Buzbee | Loading...This is the most beautiful unicorn I've ever seen. I've always loved Clydesdale unicorns rather than the slim, anorexic sissy ones - you must draw more of him. MUST!! *gives you hypno eyes* Linda Kristoffersson replies: ""Must... draw... more... of... Vulcano..." *looks hypnotized* *shakes head* -Hey, I think your hypno eyes worked! ;D Once I get the time I promise I'll draw more of him Thank you for your nice comment!" | |
| 18 Sep 2004 | Tayra | Loading...that is a such a beautiful picture of him. vulcano really shows that unicorns exist not only in fairy tales. i love the mysterious beauty of this picture. Keep it up. (gives you hypno eyes too) draw more of this, i love it. | |
| 23 Jul 2005 | Emily H. Phifer | Loading...*pokes Steph* you have apparently never met an old sway-backed pony... now THAT is a lot of sway for a short back! this is a very gorgeous animal, any of us would be lucky to lay eyes on such a creature >^-^< I love drawing horses, but I'm afraid that accomplishing the human anatomy has distracted me from such... the stylized ponies are still there though! yay! *ahem* anyways... love your work! many cookies for you! | |
| 23 Jul 2005 | Steph | Loading...A bit too much sway, to a very short back.. and a too thick neck. The shire mentioned in your tarot moon picture, doesn't have that thick of a neck, and he's got a thick neck. but yea, that's all I can say. you have such a good gallery. | |
