I happen to be a fan of kimonos (and almost everything Japanese, actually), and my only comment on it would be that the blue lining on the collar should probably be seen all the way down. There might be more modernized versions that don't have that, though... Also, if you want to make her more Asian-looking you might want to try rounding her eyes a bit and making her nose less pronounced. And, in reference to the other comments, I think her pose fits nicely. Especially since she looks annoyed but it doesn't seem like she can really express it.
