This is a gallery with potential to go far. May I suggest you start to be confident with colour? Some of your drawings would really benifit shading to bring out the life hiding between the pencil strokes. The ones that do have colour are indeed a start, and the shades you have chosen are beautiful, but I think that your style of drawing would go well with vibrant and noticeable tones.
You are obviously doing a good job so far, or I wouldn't have stopped what I was doing to look at all the pictures in your gallery. I think the facial expressions and structure are very accurate indeed.
You don't have to take my advice, but I think you and your work could really benifit from a little experimental colouring! There is NOTHING wrong with making mistakes, and the more you do the more you realise what best suits you. Again, well done.

P.S. Sorry for rambling on at you, I tend to do that. Don't take it as offensive.

I've looked around and I think that you have potential. I dropped off a comment on most of your pictures and tried to give constructive criticism to help you improve your work. I hope that you're not feeling offended or hurt in any way.
What I really think would be nice in your pictures is either to put colour in them and/or use more aggressive shading.

U do pretty well...maybe u should work a bit on the shape and shadows on the faces.
