Wow, she's great! I love the serene yet strong expression, I could really see her as a kinda warrior queen ^^
A couple of pointers: Her hands are kinda small for her body n arms, look a little dwarfed by the hawk, lol!
Also the bird/hawk/falcon thingy has a tiny head Oo, with much less detail than the rest of the picture. Other than that its really really good, I envy people who are good at pencil shading ^^ Keep up the good work! (And the little pillar/pedastal thingy is gorgeous
