I like the pose and the silhouette style of the figure and the angular lines. The anatomy and pose of the legs is still very evident in the outline. I'm still trying to decide if I like the very detailed sword when the lack of detail in the rest of the picture is what makes it so cool. He does present a bit of a sinister appearance for an agent of God. The darker lines make this look much more finished than the other pieces in your gallery.
Except the feet. You gotta finish those feet. Number one sign of artists that lack confidence in their own ability is that they don't draw hands and feet. They cut them off, hid them behind wingtips or folds of clothes. You did a good job with the hands, just do the feet. | |
