SciFi and Fantasy Art Astrology sign ´Scorpio´ by Lela M. Rajak

Scorpio. 24 October - 22 November. It´s descriptions are mostly this: Determined and forceful. Emotional and intuitive. Powerfull and passionate. Exciting and magnetic. I wanted to show a different approach to this sign. I chose to try to show it´s passionate side. To bad that the picture is shrunk down, details are lost then. Her necklace has Opal stones. Colour, red to maroon. The planet is Pluto, with it´s only satelite, Charon. Drawn with a pencil and coloured with watercolours.

I'm actually quite surprised there are two people here but I think it is lovely and I do think it is representative of scorpio, I think it looks slightly Indian. Lela M. Rajak replies: "I was nervous about wich kind of remarks I would get, since I have never seen this approach on Scorpio anywhere else.I´m glad some scorpios like it!Blind as a bat? You should see me sometimes! smiles"

So many people just see the 'Grr!' side of us, and forget that we are a passionate sign too. This is very creative and Beautiful! Lela M. Rajak replies: "I wanted a different approach, showing that signs can be portrayed in other ways too.And it is a s you say, that many forget that the "Scorpio" is a wery passionate sign as well.It´s only portraied showing the dangerous side.I´m glad my picture is appreciated!"

I love it as much as the Virgo you did... my moonsign is Scorpio, and my boyfriend's sun sign is Scorpio so THAT'S why I love this pic. looks at it a bit closer ... what did you paint it with? the colors are very interesting. I like the different touches of color on their skin... and the passion expressed in both the use of color and composition dazzled by the moon/planet thingy behind them ^__^ Lela M. Rajak replies: "Thanks Essi!!!The drawing was done with a pen and then coloured with watercolours.I will see if I will make any adjustments in photoshop later.For now I like it as it is."

29 Dec 2006	Anonymous	Loading... My friend is a scorpio and I have relized one thing: geminis and scorpios do NOT mix. Oh well for some reason we are still friends. The picture nice. I like the colors.
