Draw from pictures and take classes. It's a great way of increasing your skills. 2
You already got a decent sense of proportions but I think you need to practise some anatomy.

Anyway, keep it up! 2

I especially enjoyed "Troll Hand 2".

You have good attention to detail, which is rather hard to find these days.

But you need to study more anatomy, so your bodies look more like-like and have better mobility.

Try to study classic anatomy and never from comic book guides or from other fantasy artists.

Studying anatomy from another fantasy artist or from comic books "how to" guides only make you absorb the mistakes other people already have.

I studied anatomy from a classical artistic point of view and... yes indeed. medical books.
