A companion pic to my Higashi Key one. Cauley Rin is a half-breed and is somewhat insecure in his new post as Higashi's second in command. He was raised in a king's curt and quickly made his way to be one of his top advisors. He was known for possessing a great amount of knowledge. He was also a great dancer and would often spend his nights twirling to an unheard tune. All was fine until he caught the eye of one of the king's nephews and his friends. After they were done with him Cauley became quiet, reserved and never looked anyone in the eye. Most importantly he no longer danced. The only one who noticed was Omer, the king's youngest nephew, and he advised Cauley to go to the king. He did, but the king ignored him. The others were angry and decided to punish him. Soon after that Cauley double-crossed the king, causing his death and the death of those who hurt him. He was caught and was to be executed, but Omer freed him and they were forced to run away together...

And that was just the beginning.

This picture couldn't be more deserving of a mod pick... it's absolutely amazing, and so beautiful. The detail and color is awesome, the movement incorporated as well. And the story is extremely intriguing! Is there more where that came from?

Such detail! Such a story! Where can I read that story? It sounds publishing worthy! Argh, I'm hooked like a fish! I can never get such tiny little details in a picture like that. I'm envious!

Very Yoshitaka Amano. I love the colors and the style. Congrats!

This is a very wonderful and beautifully exectuted drawing. What I don't understand is why someone of your talent would create an aesthetic work such as this and then pollute it with a horrible slash story. Did we really need to know he got gang-banged? XP

OH - MY - GOODNESS!!!! So much detail and color. This is a really impressive piece of art. I really like it. I would be absolutely stunning with a backdround just as detailed. I’m going to go look at other art of yours...
