	'... the water soaked her blond hair black ..' inspired by a PJ Harvey song, didn't work out like I planned. Oh well.

My suggestion for drawing partialy submerged subjects in water, is to "bland" the parts under the water, I mean, give them less color saturation, and make them a bit darker and duller than the parts on the surface. But not "too" much
