SciFi and Fantasy Art Rhodry Maelwaedd by Lindy Hunter


	Gwerbret Aberwyn, Silver Dagger and Half Elf, from the Deverry series by Katherine Kerr. Ok, the silver dagger doesn't have a three knobed pommel. I only thought of that after I finished the sketch. Might re-work this one some day.

She is a goddess, I swear. Anyways, great composition. You captured the youth Rhodry has even in his older years (those elves live so long, even the 1/2 elves). I love it. Keep it up. Can't wait to see the other characters. peace.

7 Jan 2006	Vawn	Loading... Love how you've drawn Rhodry. I always pictured him as being very similar to what you portray in this piece of art, only with a slightly different hair style ;D. Very nice picture, I love all of Kerrs books, Deverry series and beyond.

Though I must admit that to me this doesn’t look like Rhodry...To me this looks more like Cullyn to be honest (yes, I know, Cullyn’s blond) Great work though! And keep drawing those Deverry characters! We need them =)
