I see that you like to draw in an anime style. I would recamend you to try and find some "how to draw anime" books, they'll definately help with alot of structure, shading techniques, and consept. As for being not as good others my suggestion is to just keep practicing so that you become as good as they are. That's the only real way to improve, other than that I think that your art work is just fine for your age. My drawings looked almost like yours when I was your age. I have gotten much better but I'm 20 years old now, so it takes a while to improve but if it's something you truly want to do keep it UP! K
