Tag As FavoriteComment		This was my monk in one of my D&D campains. People who have read Frank Herbert's Dune may have noticed that I used a name from his book: Duncan Idaho. The difirence is, in the book Duncan Idaho is a sword master, but a monk fights unarmed or with special monk weapons (which don't include swords).

I love Dune ^_^ Did you come to the part where Duncan Idaho is a psychic mentat swordsman with Atreides power? (they cloned him like 1000+ times) You're pic's ok but you need some work on your faces (noses should be lower, look in the mirror or something). The details are, again, admirable though.

Lovely. You did a great job on his sandals (but I must note the fact that he has rather small feet). Excellent work.

I ussaually draw heads too small, arms too long, legs too big, hands too big, faces too blocky, muscles rong, and now my feet aren't right, too. A well, at least I know what to improve now. Thanks for the comment anyway."

Well this comment goes to most of your art, excluding your 'Creets' You pretty much have the form down, but i think you'll have to work on the faces a bit, they kind of look, well, flat? and possibly off balance or expressionless. Think about adding a little more detail to your faces, lining up the pupils and stuff if you have problems, and of course nose and mouth positioning as well. Other than that your art is very interesting, and i really like the way you do your 'Creets'

6 Michiel 'Blood Raven' van Lierop replies: "Well, you're probably very right. I noticed the problem myself as well. My faces have improved, a bit, but I haven't got a scanner at the moment. Sometimes I do like a face, but the scanner I used to have kills the detail. Most of the time though I just can't do facial expressions. And somehow I always get my faces too small to really be able to put detail into it. I'll try some portraits and see if it improves I think..."
