SciFi and Fantasy Art Hanera the Elfwick by Kathleen Lieu

Hanera is the child of a Silver elf and a dragonfaye. Her arms never developed, and she has no voice. Early on, her parents mysteriously disappeared, leaving Hanera to depend on herself. An nasty old man captured her and turned her into a prostitute/ stripper. Hanera doesn't escape the Dome of Blue Veils until she encounters another elfwick, Gorgeon. Gorgeon fell in love with Hanera. He, being the prince of all elfwick, gave her pearl drops. Her arms developed, as well as her voice.
