| 2 Jan 2004 | David Mitchell | Loading...Yeah, you've got to admit, no matter how impractical it would be to wear something like the getup Taarna wore (the character "Anraat" in my gallery was inspired from her too) the ensemble is as visually appealing and wondrous to behold as it is implausible. Though here suspension of disbelief is a bit easier, because we can imagine this lively warrior woman practicing or somesuch rather than wearing such an outfit on the eve of battle. The picture is all the more fascinating to look at because of her wonderful animated pose. | |
| 26 Jan 2004 | Variaz | Loading..."but at least it's a change from the usual male warriors" Unless you are talking about your own gallery(which I haven't seem), I have seen a lot more female drawings than males. And that's good, since I like the nice ladies on elfwood, even if they're just virtual drawings. ^^ They make us dream! lol Anyway, it's a nice picture. She's a ninja, so I guess not wearing armor is acceptable in her case, since she needs agility and dexterity. After all, what good does an armor is the enemy cannot hit you at all? Lieuwe Boer replies: "Yes, I meant my own, male-dominated gallery." | |
| 26 Aug 2004 | Liam T. Shanley | Loading...Hmm, I'd like to see her and Taki in a death match. O Lieuwe Boer replies: "That would be a waste now wouldn't it?" | |

| 28 Apr 2005 | Lieuwe Boer | Loading...The characters in the upper right say 'kiken', which is Japanese for 'danger'. Kind of cheesy eh? Anyway, I'm glad I'm finally able to read them after being a student of Japanese for 8 months now. Hurrah | |
| 16 Dec 2005 | The Nameless Namer | Loading...Actually, she's dressed much more modestly than many "scantily-clad" women I've seen on this site...this is really nice, I like it. And you were kind enough to give her shin guards; at least she has SOME armor. ^_^ Like I said, for some reason I REALLY like this. Not for other reasons, I'm female and pretty straight. Keep on truckin'! ^_^ | |
