| 28 Apr 2007 | Random | Loading...Hey, i think that Samurai's only have armor on the right side of their body, i'm not absoultley sure about that, but i'm pretty sure. great drawing by the way! | |
| 11 Mar 2009 | Opalescence | Loading...There were earlier forms of Samurai armour that only had armguards on the sword-arm side of the body, but later forms of the armour incorporated lighter, more maneuverable armor over the entire torso, and included leg plates. Constructive Criticism: The armour is _Incredible_, I have seen very few artists with the dedication and patience to do a fully realistic samurai picture. The only real fault I see is the proportioning of the body; I can’t point anything out directly, it just seems ’off’ somehow. Otherwise, keep up the dedication! | |
| 14 Jan 2011 | Matheus | Loading...why he is holding the katana with the left hand? -.-" | |
| 2 Mar 2011 | Mathew teague | Loading...Very nice, I actually went through ticking off all the parts of the armour in my head, I only found two pieces missing, the Koshi himo, and his Saya. I agree with Matheus that it is unusual that he is holding his Katana in his left hand, But he could be holding it that way because he wishes to show he is not aggressive toward us. Very nice drawing, well done. | |
