	From the book daughter of the forest. Sorcha about to be burned and her brothers arrive just in time for the curse to be broken. I just love that book, I'm gonna read it again.:)

She has such a hopeful, expectant expression which you've captured wonderfully, and the way she's holding the basket of shirts is lovely. Gives a very poignant feel. Indeed, this is the first art I've seen from those books, and I really like them, so keep it up!

30 Jan 2009	Samantha	Loading... hahaha this is a good picture and the book is amazing, although thinking of finbar does make me quiet sad. I’ve read the book at least 12 times (seriously) and I love the motion of the swans behind her although I do agree it could use more detail but I love how her face shows the kind of utter desperation and relief that I would imagine her having having been almost burned alive by all consuming flames. All in all great job
