Tag As FavoriteComment		a sort of dog griffin thing...i wanted to experiment with a combo of bat and bird wings and i wanted to make a canine companion animal. i still cannot decide if i want the holes in the back of the ears to be natural or an owner afflicted thing. it may sound harsh to have the holes in the ears be cut for aesthetic reasons but we do a lot of things to our own dogs, such as dock the tails (remove them) on many terriers, corgis, Australian shepherds, Dobermans and more, and we crop the ears on Dobermans and great Danes to make the ears stand up, so making holes in the big pointy ears does not sound to harsh. any way this guy is obviously a pet, his collar (and if i decide to have the ears be man afflicted, by his ears) says that loud and clear. these guys are smart loyal beasts of the sky and forever faithful to the person who raises them.

Now that's what you don't see very often. Usually it's a cat and a bird mix. This is a very unique idea!...and I like how the wings turned out.

This pic will haunt me for the rest of my life! I wish i could draw dogs - there such fun animals! Great detail and idea - people should officially make this a mythical creature - like dragons and unicorns and stuff.
