As an artist, it's wonderful to see an young artist, such a young artist in fast, taking such a pro-active role. but if you're serious about this, you need to do much more than simply drawing your fantasy pictures. you need to start doing a lot, A LOT of life drawing, both of animals and humans, but mainly humans. that will improve your drawing dramatically. also, be sure to just soak up as much drawing as you can. look at books, go to galleries, spend nights on the internet surfing images. and finally, if you are interested in arts school, look up the Oxbow School in Napa, CA. it's a one semester arts program for high schoolers.
