In elf-town you asked for constructive criticism. Well I just checked out your gallery and I wanted to say some things that I think would help you.
First I would like to say that your drawings are very creative. I like the context that you have put them in. You also have your own style and I think that’s great.
On two or three figures, I noticed a couple things that seemed odd. I forget the names of the drawings, but if you go back and look at them I think you'll see what I'm talking about.
On the lady with her hands folded in her lap, one of her hands is especially long from her wrist to her fingers. One the lady sitting in the green dress, the foot on the left, is at a really strange angle. I've never seen anyone sit with a foot at that angle. And on the lady with the really long hair, and kind of the webbed feet, her knees are a little lower than they should be. At least it seemed that way to me. All these are just minor things. I'm certainly not an expert on figure drawing, and I think despite those minor things, your drawings still look really good.
I wanted to make a comment on "the creature" It's chest seems a little wide to me. I'm not sure how you would fix that. Depending on the angle that you meant to draw him from. But his chest seems a little large from the rest of his body. Also his one leg, it looks like rubber. You need to put a knee in their or some kind of joint. It's just that one leg though, the rest look fine. I think with the curve in his leg, it makes it look more like spaghetti. But I think that despite these things, he's a wonderful creature. I love how you made the horns and his tail match.
I hope this helps, I always feel bad giving criticism cause I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings, but at the same time, I want to help that person. So I hope you take the things I said to help your work, and not take it against you or your drawings.
Feel free to check out my gallery too, I just posted it a few days ago. I only have four pictures up so far. I need to adjust some things as well, but I wanted to post them to have something to show.
