K0o I did a bunch of symbolism on the Hebrew letter Lamed, and then I made this spontaneously, and it all got thrown out the window. Darn spontaneity. I'll probably still go and continue trying to make stuff from the complex symbolism behind the letters, though. But I want to submit this to Bifrost, for their illuminated letters project, and I don't think I have the time to finish anything else, but thanks for the inspiration... So I guess this is Leviathan, Great Biblical Beast. It was originally green, should I have kept it green? Would it look more watery? 100% Photoshop, and I'm quite proud of the fact.

somehow, Lisa, my first impression of this picture was that it looked somewhat like the muzzle of a dog...sorta like he's nosing up to you...Sorry if this does not make sense, but this feeling actually makes the picture look kinda cute...*hides*

I love this picture. Mainly because blue is my favorite color and because Leviathan is in a lot of games I have played before, like all the Final Fantasy games, if you play games. But of course he always looks different in those. I like yours a lot though. It's very unique and different. 2

AAAAHHHHH!!!! So scary, creepy, freaky...I love it, but wouldn't want to meet him in the sea!!!

A sort of mossy green may add to that feeling of gargantuasm. You could use a lighter green to make the water look tropical, nut I think just green on the leviathan would really add to it!

Yay! One that is traditional! {claps}!

I"m always intrigued by how other artists depict Leviathan. I think I like yours the best out of the ones I've seen so far in the woods (one of my favs. is Magic's Segovian Leviathan with the tiny whales swimming by its eye), minus the lettering. It's very....ethereal...but also, if this were room size, I would probably get the feeling a bug would get before being swallowed by a trout. Make the pic bigger and drop the lettering and I think it could be a stronger piece for it.

This is a very different picture of the leviathan but not so much the creature itself as the way the picture is. I knew how it wuld look from the thumbnail, but man was it freaky! I picture myself in the ocean, surrounded by water and not being able to see a thing. Suddenly I turn around and that's all I can see. Actually, it'd be scarier in space, since you can't even tell which way is up (if there is an "up" in space. I guess not...)
So awesome, love it!

We're working on the Bifrost Archives again...and I swear, everytime I see him he freaks me out 0.0 But I still think he's very cool *nods* and love the blue ~.^

Wow! This is great! To me this resembles the worms in Dune (the old movie) or that really slimy guy who used the spice to move the planets ok ya! sorry I don't remeber the guy's name. But ya amazing picture! Sorry if you don't like Dune though no insult intended.
