Tag As FavoriteComment		Well, I was going to illustrate a book on goddesses for a woman in Ireland, but I haven't heard from her in a long time.:( This is one of the things I was working on for the goddess Shakti. Now Shakti is really more of a concept than a goddess, but she is expressed as a goddess sometimes, as the consort of Shiva. Shakti is divine energy. The Hindu gods are very passive and calm. Each has their 'shakti' their energy, in the form of a goddess. The original drawing is pencil, then PhotoShop. Her hands are based on Hindu dance gestures. This one is 'Full Moon shining on a Water Lily.'
