Uuum i guess Lutherans are identified by...uh...Well..Lets see..We go to Communion..and have to be confirmed..thats like the only thing i know thats different than a four square church is confirmation. And you have to be in 7th grade or around there or older to be confirmed. Thats all dat i know..Thats different..We are really unstrict about a lot of stuff. Catholics even are way more strict than us.

^that was me.... Sometimes it displays me as linelen.... *prods it*

*giggles* An earmark is a tattoo or tag put on the ear of an animal to identify it form the rest of the herd. It's an expression...I was asking what identifies Lutherans, what makes them different from everybody else. Sorry I can't be on msn right now *weeps* But expect a huge clomp (glomp/cling) when I *do* get on!

Hiiiiiiiii it's meeee!!!!! Ellie from Rae's gallery. Before I go invade, just wanted to say...... You're another me person!!!! It's SCARY! o.O I loooooove FotR and Legolas wasn't my fav char.

......but Galadriel wasn't my fav, either 10 She was done fairly well, it just didn't really click with me for some reason.

I think that for the characters they took and ran with (aka ADDING BITS *glare @ Peter*) Boromir was by far the most well-done character. I also loved the bits they snuck in about Aragorn (I give hope to men: I leave none for myself).

Btw, do you like reading? Have you read The Books (lotr, Hobbit, Silmarillion)? Do you know any second languages? Have you read Hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy? (soooo funny!)

I'm Mennonite myself, though we're more of a general Protestant community church than any specific denomination. I help out with 4 years olds for sunday school at my church, northview: www.northview.org

Christianity has sooooo many denominations and sub-denominations and just plain ole' cults that I can never keep 'em all straight. What're the earmarks of the Lutheran church again?

:-) Elie Robinson replies: "Lets see. I shall now attempt in a feat of spectacularity, to answer all yo questions!! *read read read* Galadriel isnt my favorite character, but i love her voice and her acting. umm...Boromir is deffinately one of my top favorite characters, and my favorite of the fellowship. And yes i dooo like reading. Ive read the hobbit once, fotr twice, and ttt nearly all the way, but i havent read rotk yet *shame* cause i lost my reading spree before i got it. but ill read it this winter fo sure! Havent read the silmarillion, but have scanned through it a bit during a class period.
lets see, you already know im learning german. i once had tengwar memorized, and next schoolyear, ill be in college japanese, as well as german year 3. Of Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy, ive read that, uum life the universe and everything, aaand...the restaurant at the end of the universe. Someday ill finish it.. I need to read Discword, but right now im reading the series of unfortunate events before the movie comes out, and im also reading the Sight with Rae Rae...plus the heap of manga from the library...*cough points at stack of 20*
dont really know what Mennonite's are exactly, but if their Protestants theeen i guess we are near the same. Um..earmark..? what is THAT?

Okay i think i i i answered all them! *nods* Got anymore questions? I have a ton for you but i wish we could just talk in an IM! *sighs* curse you being grounded!! "
