This picture had suicidal tendencies. It had water spilled on it, it was stepped on several times, stuff was tossed on it, it was folded once, and a car ran over it. Despite it all, it doesn't look half-bad (except for the crease running across her face and the inking mistake on the upper-right corner of the knot). Whoever can guess how many lines are in that knot wins a nonexistent suprise!

Nice knot, great hear!
"The artist is the only one to see ghosts, though when he speaks of them to others they will see them too" In other words.. had you not pointed the flaw in the knot out to me I wouldn't have seen it (now I went in search for it) and the crease on her cheak could just be shading or a tear running down her face!
Oh.. and *first comment dance!*

Knot...? Is that the cool green thing in the background?

Anyway, awesome picture. That must have taken forever to draw...

Great picture! And I understand the picture a bit. Just trying tot do such excellent knotwork could lead me to suicidal tendencies. I always get a weired feeling looking to long at knotwork. Anyhow, the picture is awesome.

Mind-blowing knot work! I've done a bit myself and I'd say you had one pain in the head after that! Also what strikes me about the Celtic girl herself is that you've got the 'seen too much rain and not enough sunshine' northern European - and specifically Irish! - complexion perfect! nice work!

Oooh. O_O You confuse my mind. @_@ Hehehe, this is really great! Her face is very beautiful, did someone pose for you? Anyway, great pic, spiffiotastic job! Yay for Celtic knots!

:-) Hannah M. Friederichs replies: "I can't remember who posed for me (I must have changed the face), but someone always does. Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to comment!"

OMG how long did this take you?!? It's awesome! The knotwork looks like it made you want to just stab your hand with your pencil ... at least, that's how it makes me feel whenever I attempt at anything that intricate.

I love the girl's face. The colors are gorgeous as well!
