This is Greebo. Nanny Ogg's (If you've never heard anything about her, start reading Pratchett. Now! You don't know what you're missing;P) cat that was turned to a man for some time. Well, to be truthful, it was inspired by Greebo, but he never smoke and had different clothes. Anyway, let's say it still is him despite that. The rings with sharp edges are very useful for hitting people. The chain on the sleeve can be used when rings arn't there for some reason and the sharp thingies on top of the chain can be taken in the middle of the fingers so the'd hurt people. Evil, yes, but also useful... It looks better in original size but similar enough not to add a link to it. So... er... what else? The background sucks, I know, but I wasn't that good in photoshop then yet and I don't like to remake the images that I once finished.

I don't have a gallery yet because I will reach the age 13 after a month. And I really like your interpretation of him. Paul Kidby's pic is amazing too.
