Well, yes, he's arrogant, but he likes children and wee cute animals. In perfectly decent way, of cource;).
Done in photoshop. To be honest, at first I just drew a picture in gray tones, not half as cool as this one and then just added a lot of contrast and light. Me likes it a lot.

I really thought this was photomanipulation too, its really awesome how youve blurred the hands like theyre closer to the viewer. ^_^ Really nice.
