Logan Pickup replies: "I make seperate layers for each part I want to work on, and colour those parts one at a time. If I remember correctly, the figure, the wings, the chain and the background all had their own layers. Then I just colour and try not to go outside the lines too much."

That only criticism that i have is that the chain is not that obvious; if it were thicker or a different color it would be more effective. But, even if you dont see the chain and only see the man it is still a wonderful peice, just not as powerful. I love it though, its beautiful!!! The perspective is brilliantly done and the wings are georgeous. Brilliant!! Logan Pickup replies: "You're right, the chain could be made to stand out more - I had trouble with that as I was drawing it, too. I think about the only colour I could make it that would stand out, though, is blue, or maybe purple - which might look strange, but wouldn't be that bad an idea. And thank you for your comment!"
