The dress design is also very beautiful, and the material is so flimsy and elegant!
The colours may be the most beautiful in this piece, but even her expression, the symbolic feeling, the little butterfly, and the soft breeze that flows in her hair and dress is also masterly done!

This is spectacularly done! That butterfly must be tired from flying all the way from sweden to middle earth! ;-) keep up the good work! Well, It was pretty much my first attempt. I think I'm a tad better now, but I gotta keep working with them to get the hang of things, watercolors are hard to handle afterall. And why don't you have a gallery? I luv this peice, have you tried any other lord of the rings characters ( the elf princess whos name I forgot) but you should these pics are AMAZING. Why thankies! Yes, I believe I have a Bilbo doodle somewhere here on elfwood. And I did do a pic of Gandalf and his pretty horsey, which I didn't finish. But yes, I have seen the third movie now, and even though it doesn't quite measure up to the books it has inspired me to doodle my own interpretations of some of the LOTR characters.
