I read The Other Wind long time ago. My mom gift me the complete Earthsea books and I'm now reading them from the beggining ^.^ I love this world and story ^^ My fav book at the moment is The Tombs of Atuan. I love the contrast between Sparrowhawk (Ged) and Arha (Tenar) :3

I this scene Ged & Tenar were escaping from the Tombs, and the dark forces trying to trap them inside :3

This is a sketch I did when I went to the doctor, I coloured it at home with SAI ^^

It looks very nice. I love the composition and the girl’s expression. Nice work with the lighting and colour choice too, it really gives the pic the right atmosphere. And you did great on the folds in the clothing.

wow sweet! i read that book! and my faveourie was tomb of atuan. the last one is a bit strange, but i wont say any more incase i ruin i for you 21. and this is exactly how i pictured ged!

lovely posing, very dramaitc. am i right is saying the the pale one is a girl, and the darker skinned one male? my sister is convinced theyare both female?

this is good but i always though Ged was a little bit of an older man by the second book. and wiser as well, and a good few years older then tenar, and he was kind of like a father figure to her. Like he may have been in his 20’s while she was 15.

That is my husbands favorite part of the books when the escape, I havent read them but I know the scene you are talking about because he almost read it line by line
