You have a lot going for you. A few things id like to see that requires no skill at all and will improve your pieces overall look and finished feel.
A)Crop your pictures. Take out any unused white space.
The text adds a lot to the image but if your going to hand write it in use a strait edge to keep it clean. Otherwise using a computer text tool in an old style font would really help clean these up.
C) add a nice border (not that I do) but I think it would really suit your style which is reminiscent of art nouveau.

Hi Kelsie!

I think your art is very nice. It's still a bit childish and untrimmed (and I don't want you to take this the wrong way! It's building critique), but since you're still young, I think this will change. Also, you're showing great potential because of your concentration on details. Even I tend to be too lazy with details sometimes, but you really honor them.

What I'd like to see is more color. You seem to be very fond of coloring already, so try to think that finishing a pic is to color it. This doesn't have to mean all pics, some are fantastic without color, but I'm just that kinda person who likes color. *g* Also, start practicing to draw more things than just women: landscapes, animals, buildings, more mythical creatures etc. Otherwise, I think all I can say to you is to draw, draw and draw til your fingers bleed (well that's a nice picture...), and I'm sure you'll be a great artist one day.
