All your standing characters look like they're in the milddle of a plie ((ah, that word looks weird written. you know, thet french word known by ballerinas that means "to bend" *trying to avoid confusion*))
Here's my suggestion: Observe people. make rough sketches of natural stances and stuff. usually, we put our weight on one leg ((and that leg is usally straight while the other is free and bentful o.O))
