   | I suppose I should introduce myself, though personally I'd rather ignore you all together. I'm picking up bad habits from that elf, like being nice to people. Its a against my nature. Well, anyway, I'm Khory, level 5 assassin. In case you're not in the right circles (which you probably aren't) level 5 means I'm pretty good, so don't mess with me. I'm not one to talk about my past, but maybe you'd like to know. Till I was seven, I lived in a normal home, with loving parents and everything you could ask for at that age. That all came to an abrupt end when some trumped up city Lord thought that being rich meant he could do anything he wanted, including cutting my families' throats. See, he wanted my dad's shop for his own, but dad wouldn't sell it, it'd been the family for generations. I just barely escaped alive. Ever since then I've lived on the streets. I vowed to become whatever I needed to be to bring that Lord down from his high and mighty throne. Twelve years later found me very different, an assassin, if you can believe it. Don't ask where I learned what I did, you don't want to know and I want to forget. The city Lord was still around, fatter and more arrogant that ever, with quite a few enemies. I found one who would pay a pretty penny for this guys head, and I got it for him. After that I left my home city and never looked back. I've been on the road ever since, plying my trade where it's wanted, and moving on where it's not. Then that elf showed up. I suppose I should be grateful for her intervention, but I think I would've gotten the upper hand even if she hadn't showed up. She would probably say otherwise. Anyway, afterwards I kind of felt I owed her something, so I stuck around. Got fond of the girl, and I helped her out of a few tight spots myself. And what do you know, I'm still hanging around. She's a smart type, doesn't ask questions where none are wanted. I suppose I'll just wait to see what the wind brings me. For now, she's a trusty travel companion (not that I need one), and she sings some mighty nice songs. I've said more than is needed. Now scram, unless you want an intimate encounter with the business end of my sword. ***This is a picture of me taken by my sis. for me (with my permission of course ;)>) I made the costume***
