One of the main characters in my 'Sword of the Maha'Varain' (C) me!

I used both color pencils and markers (bad ones) just to try the mix, though the resolution is bad so it might not show...
Anyone with a suggestion to a better type of markers? Love to hear from you.

And do scold me about the pic. I know it needs a background and I have the idea for it,
but not the heart nor the courage. Any of you who do?
