	Beowulf the Geatish hero stood before Hrothgar presenting his wish to help ridding the Daneking of the monster that prowled his halls. King Hrothgar recognized Beowulf whom he had known as a child and thanked him for his help.

You did a fantastic job rendering this scene, and making the lighting so effective with acrylics, and the use of just shades of blue and some white is great. I'm still trying to figure out how to use them properly. I've been stuck in the watercolor world a little too long to switch easily.

21 Aug 2003	Deneen	Loading... This picture of Beowulf shows just how praised he was. I didn't really understand the epic at first, but now I love it. My teacher really brought it to life.
