	Beowulf donned his wargear and jumped into the reptile infested lake. He had sworn to rid the Danekings hall of the night-prowler. As he descended towards the bottom the black hand of the she-monster grabbed him and dragged him down towards her lair.

I also like how the black hand fits in the surrounding- it looks on the first view like those plants round it, as if it is hidden there and lurking for some divers to catch them. Your Beowulf illustrations are all really great, keep up the good work!
