Shading is a good thing, and I see you have some, but shadows darker and brightness whiter. Secondly, detail. This pointer has two.. umm.. points: make sure you pay attention to each part of the drawing, and add details both to make them more unique and more interesting. Third, keep drawing!!!!! This be most important of all!!!! And don't think I won't come back and check to make sure you do, cuz I will! Then when you get used to how they draw certain details start doing it on your own and your personal style will adopt it and you'll be pleased with your accomplishment.
