   | "The snow still didn't stop, while the small team tried to reach their camp. Many wounds and scars covered them, those who survived the trap, to show the pride of The Alliance. In War nothing is sacred, there is no charity. This quote was burnt in all their minds forever, never to be forgotten, and this was also what taught them how to survive. No words spread among them, only overwhelming silence. It was enough - for both of them - to look into each others eyes for just a moment, and all became clear. The small lynx marched first, showing the right way to her partner, who was hard to see now, because of the snowy weather. She knew how to get back, she could follow the scent, partially see through the snowwall.. or simply by following her heart. Back at the camp, General Moris awaited their reports. She had many wounds now, she was weak, but her heart’s perseverance kept her alive and gave her enough power to continue walking. Sometimes she turned her head back, to see her partner; Svyatopolk, but this was the only break in the monotonic walk she had. The male's ice-blue eyes were silent, they only reflected the never-ending fields of snow. His scars were deep too, but he never showed his weakness or flaws to others. A Strong man, with pride. Shura was grateful to him, he saved her life many times, and also, he silently gave her that Ushanka. He accepted her – as others would say - Svyatopolk never really accepted partners next to him. He rather likes working alone... but on this occasion he accepted the small lynx which was a shock for everyone. The reasons why, and how will be always mystery to everyone. Slowly the white snow started to turn blue, and the night spread its wings on the ground as if relaxing from its long flight. Crystal-like lights started to play on the field, while the moon awakened the bright eyes of the night. The snow crunched under their boots, and paws, but as luck would have it, the camp's lights started to appear on the horizon. It brought a warm feeling, to see their base. Small, but shielding. The small lynx stopped for a while, to catch a breath, and to hide her emotions. She felt with all of her heart that the General was so close now, this warmed and calmed her. A small tear appeared in her eyes when they reached the camp. She didn't know that she was going to survive that deadly trap several days previously, and would be able to see her love again. The camp hadn't changed whilst they were absent, the life hadn't stopped at all and as they entered nobody paid much attention to them. Everybody had their own jobs to do, and they were far too busy to take a break for even a few minutes. But for the group a well-earned rest could now be taken, they finally could have their own break. As the cold air flew through the camp, bristled her fur, she closed her eyes, and whispered only for herself: - General Moris.. I returned, like I promised to you..."
