It’s not the first time I’m drawing something, so it will look fairly good even if I still notice things I would’ve rather worked a bit more at after inking it. My biggest headache is the text. I keep hearing that the story itself is good, but that I need to simplyfy the text, however I have no idea what changes need to be made. Frustration. I guess I have to be patient, or as Bob the dinosaur (from the comic "Dilbert" by Scott Adams) put it: "If you wait long enough, eventaully all problems will disapear"

Oh, I meant the details - you mentioned you had never done anything as detailed before. That’s what I meant with the "first time" bit.

*lol* Indeed they do! Althought, it could be quite annoying to wait as long as it might take for them to disappear.

Guess you have a point there. In the comic, Bob had waited for so many million years, vulcanos were no longer problem.

A more realistic example of an animal that’s patient, is a certain snake species that can lie hidden under the sand for two weeks, waiting for a victim to come along. I sometimes remind myself of it when I need to be patient, but of course it’s still hard.

It’s pretty irritating, but I have to wait for the tingeling sensation in my hands to return before I can ink the horrible throne I drew this Wednesday, because if I don’t it will undoubtedly look as cruddy as it was enervating to draw. One thing for sure is that I’ll stay away from jugend and baroque for a while. Hey, do you ever get a tingeling feeling in your hands whenever you get an idea for a story?

Hey! Thanks for commenting. I know that my art isn’t even almost as good as the one belonging to the masters of elfwood, but it’s still improving, so I don’t mind. As it is for now; I definetely need to start working on my physics report on Kundts tube, sonic waves and what not.

They’re buying 3 of my stories, but I think you’ve read them all! Anyway, a mighty lot of good stuff in that magazine (it’s online and free of charge).
