K. Mändmets replies: "Thank you sooo much, you have no idea how happy I am! *dances around the room insanely* I am not very good at describing palces as you have noticed that my stories are written in first persone. I am planning to read some more of your stuff when I get back to Finnland.*goes to show off to her friend who is very annoyed and tired of it* " | |

| 16 Aug 2006 | Laura de Lange | Hi! Where's Estonia? Good luck with the Finish. I can sympathise, I have had no luck trying to learn Zulu. I'm really, really, really sure a three year old can speak it better than I can. But at least its not the main language of communication in South Africa. Anni L. K. Mändmets replies: "Estonia is (one of the Baltic countries) east of Russia, north of Latvia and south and over the Finnish bay of Finland. It’s a very small country, even most of our neighbours confuse us with other countries. I'm sure Zulu is much harder than Finnish! The best of luck to you with that! They speak English there mostly, right? I have been here for a year now and can speak reasonably good Finnish And it is very annoying when my seven year old sister corrects me, a low blow to my ego. I'm supposed to be the smarter one! Thank you for the sympathy, I really need that sometimes. Some of mine to you too! Thanks for commenting." | |
