SciFi and Fantasy Art Bound By More Than Chains by Mandy ´Fay´ Vissering

Poor Jacut! (YAY-go) He used to be one of Hadrin's closest companions but a sorcerer made him mute and sold him as a slave to a prosperous merchant. The merchant's daughter Caresin took Jacut - or Jad, as she calls him - as her pet, and eventually they fell in love.

This pic was inspired by the tour of slave pictures. Let me tell you that if you ever draw chains try not to use tractor chains. They're HEAVY. Special thanks to my brother's friend Kelsea for modelling with them on for me. :D

14 May 2002	Mej	Loading... You know, it might be easier to use pictures instead of live models. They don't ever move in the slightest and you can combine them for all the pieces you need. (For example: This face on this body and this armor combined with these chains.) Just a thought since I generally find it easier to take a picture of something before I draw it.
