| 1 Apr 2003 | Amanda Rose Embree | Loading...Don't like her face? *stares* Well, it is a little lacking in the detail department, but somehow it seems to just go with the rest of the picture. It's very lovely, the effects from your watercolor pencils are quite impressive I think. I like the way the reflection is blurred on the girl and the arm from the water. Tell me, is that supposed to be something like the Lady of the Lake and Excalibur? its the impression I'm leaving with. ^_^ John P Manning replies: "Yup, it's just a little variation on the old Excalibur/Lady of the Lake theme, although I have no reason for drawing it other than it seemed to be an amusing picture. As always, your comments are appreciated!" | |
| 9 May 2003 | Myth-Chik-\-/ | Loading...hey ummm yeah this is a great peich! wonderful, and what about the face? it is supposed to be lacking detail in my opinion! i think that it gives it a mysterious kind of well i dno but i LOVE it! John P Manning replies: "Once again, tastes vary as to what's good and what's not. I'm certainly glad when people like my stuff, but people are free to dislike it, too. Thanks for commenting!" | |

Upon visiting your gallery, I couldn't find any updates since my last visit, but do let me know when you post something new! Cheers!" | |
