Just as everyone else I also get hit by depression from time to time and the best thing is to draw and get it out. Some people watch my drawings/paintings and say that I'm insane and need help... well maybe I am and maybe I do but drawing helps me a lot. The motive is just a way for me to put a feeling on paper so it shouldn't be taken to seriously. Ink pen and Photoshop. There will be more pictures like this. One day I might colour it but I don't feel for it right now. Updated: 14th Sept, 2002

As I always say (and my best friend can confirm it) "There is no such thing as a sane person--just a very boring one."

It's like one of those impossible pictures. You look at it one way, and it looks possible, but another way, it doesn't. nice work!

Please please please, dont colour it, its perfect just the way it is, iv had trouble with a few of my art work where iv coloured it in and preferred it in black and white.
If you want, scan it, print it and paint the non original first to make sure the colour your thinking of goes with he picture, it would be such a shame if this was ruined...

It's so refreshing to see free-form pieces of art-- it is in sketches like this where the most emotion can be conveyed. You did a wonderful job of capturing you inner turmoils on paper. Its so expressive: many people will relate.

Please! Don't colour it!!! It's perfect the way it is now. If you colour this you change the way you felt in the moment you draw it. Leave it as pure as it is.

Don’t color this, it’s perfect as is. This piece really resembles something Escher would do, but ten times more mind-blowing. Honestly, it’s excellent.

strangely enough, reminds me of edvard munich’s "scream". it bears the same message of pain and fear. shading is incredible and the insperation it brings, phonomenal. one of your best pieces.

I get depressed to and I think this picture describes it perfectly. In fact it described it so well it shocked me to my core.22

I think this piece expresses the true pain in life
some times in your darkest hour pain is the only thing that truly is real in life
