	This picture was a comission from a girl which I unfortunately don't remember the name of. I found it when I browsed through my harddrive. Sketched with graphite pen and inked, then scanned and coloured in Photoshop. Updated: 020626

27 Aug 2002	Marcus 'KAMO' Olausson	Loading... I don't know. Do I? The girl who asked me to make this picture wrote Dreadlordess in her description and I think that's the term Robert Jordan uses in his books but I'm not totally sure.

Dreadlordess isn't actually a term used in the books by Robert Jordan, he only uses Dreadlord, but at the rpg site where Amente resides we use the term Dreadlordess for female dreadlords. thanks again for drawing me this pic!!

17 Jan 2003	Samantha	Loading... Well amente went insane, but it's okay now! In her last post she finally pulled out of her insanity and is now going to start on a new quest (i have no idea what it is, but hey! I'll go with it!)
7 Feb 2003	Samantha	Loading... Some more question: How did you color the skin and hair in photoshop? Which version do you have? I just got psp7 and was wondering how all you artsy people can solor this stuff! Now that i have proven myself as annoying, i will leave you alone... For now...
27 Feb 2003	Marcus 'KAMO' Olausson	Loading... I got PSP 5, but I think I'm gonna get myself PSP 7 AND a graphical tablet. Painting with the mouse can be very frustrating. The trick is to use layers. First I drew the character on a white sheet of paper, then I scanned it and put it as background in a new photoshop image. Then I just added layers and set the transparency so the underlying layer still was visible. One layer for skin, one for hair, one for clothing etc. To make shadows on, for example, the skin you can paint with a lighter and a darker version of the same colour and use the smudge tool in the areas where the light and dark colour meet to blend them into eachother.

24 Apr 2006	Marcus 'KAMO' Olausson	Loading... Howcome all negative critics are impolite? I can need good advice, but I hate ones like "you suck, learn to draw". When it comes to the legs for this woman I'm aware they are a bit short, at least when compared to the comic strip ideal with long legs that circulate out there, but hey, take a look around and you might notice that it's the differences from this ideal that give people and characters unique looks. And yes by the way, I'm bad at taking negative comments. I guess I need to work on that as well ;-)
29 Apr 2009	Simon Passant	Loading... May i say that Natasha is being harsh. I think that the picture is cool. i tink she is Arwen from lotr, because in te film she summoned learth magic and also she carried a long sword.
