Hi! My name is Marie (obviously ...) I'm 20 years old, live in Denmark, study English and love being creative. Stick a pencil in my hand and I'll draw. *grin* Well, almost. I am very inspired by Japanese comics and animation (manga/anime) and have been drawing 'manga-inspired stuff' for the past couple of years. Not only is the style (in manga ... gee, I wouldn't say this about my own drawings!) great because it simplifies and is very full of emotion/expression, but I like the way comics are used in Japan too (i.e. it's not just for kids).
I like trying out various media, which is why you'll find water colour, CG, marker pictures, pencil sketches and so on here. This gallery (obviously) contains my fanart. I have a Loth gallery too, and a few websites (please follow the links to the right if interested).
Well, I guess that's about it. :-) On to the drawings!
