SciFi and Fantasy Art Hazelhawk by Mariette S. Rose


	This is me, ok well, this is my role playing charactor. She is a what I have come to call an Elvian (winged elf) and a ranger. Hazel like to fly in the air and fire upon all the monsters, bad guys, ect she comes across if she can. This is her doing so. This is my very first drawing of my Charactor Hazel in a realistic Roleplaying setting. Her design has greatly changed for my comic.

I think that the upper stave of the bow needs to curve more, but other than that this is AWESOM. You've actually drawn a character in flight... I think I'm in shock... I've never pulled that one off.

It's always nice to see someone who knows how to draw and position a bow. Ooh, and the little fuzzy string silencers xD luv em.
26 Oct 2002	Dolphin Silverwolf (a.k.a. Chris Rosenbaum)	Loading... Wow...I love the way you've got the clothes contoured and the shading just right to suggest depth. However the character's definitely lacking that "essence of Hazel." She seems almost disinterested, like she's strictly posing and not lining up a shot for hunting or combat. Still, I think I'm comparing with the Hazel from your comic.
26 Oct 2002	Dolphin Silverwolf (a.k.a. Chris Rosenbaum)	Loading... Wow...the contours of the clothing and the shading are excellent. But I dunno...I kinda like the comic Hazel better. It's not the style, it's the personality embodied in the essence.
