SciFi and Fantasy Art Elfin Gate by Mark Ivan Cole

I guess I have a thing about gates. This one was originally fashioned by the elves, but its since fallen into disrepair. The three torches that used to grace its pillars and arch are now cold and overgrown with bracken. This is an abandoned road. If you do find it, please clear the debris and re-light the torches. Someone is waiting desperately on the other side and cannot get through until you do.

Anyway, you have a great talent especially for things that appear to be background... you did not draw those rocks and roots the way they do look but the way they should look (sounds weird, i know, but perhaps you get my point...). Excellent!
