SciFi and Fantasy Art Rummel Stoneboots by Mark Ivan Cole

This is one of my favorite characters from my novel. Rummel is as old as the hills. In fact, everything around him--the trees, the rocks, the air--is the stuff of which he is made. He changes size at will, from a 12,000 foot giant to a typical human. One of my favorite images is of Rummel, shoulder level with the highest peaks, literally wading through the mountains, range after range. And he can do that without disturbing a single needle from a single alpine fir, never causing an avalanche. This picture finally captured how I've seen his face for many years. About 11x14 inches.

25 Jan 2005	John	Loading... While this is quite good, I like that you can see his eyes are dulled from age, yet show warmth and great wisdom from someone who has been around so long, and has witnessed and accomplished so much.
