I really want to know the rest of your story, but I can't find the link to your website. What's its URL? (By the way, I absolutely LOVE your work. The details are absolutely amazing!)

:-) Mark N. McLeod replies: "Thank you. You'll find my website via the "artist's links" on my Elfwood homepage. "

Amazing. I like the way that even though the whole picture is full of photograph-like detail you still manage to draw the entire focus in to the center and that nifty little glowy guy. Amazing effect....

XD I love the story too!

Beautiful yet again. I've always loved the stories where the cities were abondoned and were going back to nature, and humanity went a little wild, regressed I should say. Can you tell I like ghost towns? They are so creepy, and rather sad. Is there a litle alien guy behind the skeleton there or am I seeing things? What happendd to the person who was the skeleton, looks like it had a drink or something, wouldn't that can have blown away by now?

:-) Mark N. McLeod replies: "There is a robotic looking figure in the middle ground, representing the new arrival on the scene. The beer can is a bit of "artistic licence" with a touch of black humour, symbolizing the self destructive human obsession with alcohol. The skeleton has a bullet hole in the skull, symbolizing the violence that destroyed the city in the background. "

This is so cool! I love the landscape! It's so pretty! I also like your skeleton. *smies* Your representation of man's addiction to alcohol had me laugh. But, it's true. 'Tis a sad. 'Tis a sad thing. Anyways, I love your pic!
