I imagined this world where rain-dancing / cloud-dancing is not just an art or a form of self-expression but also somewhat of a science that helps to produce rain.

Great job on the MP.She looks like First Nations descent, so there would be some of the rain-dance lore in her heritage. But I hope she has a good sense of balance and a really strong grip.
