| 28 Nov 2004 | Irene ans Sarah | Loading...Irene: This is cool I like the blue. It's pretty. Sarah: I hate this picture I think that it needs more coloring and blood. I hate how everthing is blue and black. Irene: I apologize for my sister's stupidity. She's about eight. Timothy M. Marston replies: "eh, well, dun worry I'm glad you like it, perhaps I did overdo the blue and black thing" | |
| 29 Nov 2004 | Heffer | Loading...HEY PEOPLE THIS IS HIS INTERPERETATION OF A DREAM!!! Dreams are not realistic situations most of the time, and if it's all blue and black then thats how it is...besides I love blue, blue is the best color out there, I like that there are no reflections, or other colors. And not just cause it's blue mind you, but because it sets a mood...Must have been a depressing almost fun time you had in that dream...maybe it confused you and all you could do was express your vision with one color? Dunno, anywho art shouldn't be precise, I love this picture. Sry if I went a little overboard but hey...I gotta give you credit this one color study is beautiful! | |
| 29 Nov 2004 | Sarah | Loading...I like how they are left-handed musicians. Coincidentally, my dad once learned to play violin, my brother plays guitar, and they're both lefties. I know, in this pic the guy's playing a banjo, but...anyways. You've shown/shone the moon's brilliance quite nicely. Perhaps bring out more of its reflection upon the waves and characters' hair for more effect. Aren't dreams surprising inspirations sometimes? Keep up the good use of your wonderful gift, Mr. Marston. =) Timothy M. Marston replies: "Thanks so much. It is always a toss up to me which moves me more... music or art... music or art... or maybe its dreams I dunno" | |
| 29 Nov 2004 | Sabine | Loading...Please people! At least TRY to draw a violin right,it's supposed to be a the left side of the face, not the right Sorry about this comment,it's a beautiful drawing, just one stupid mistake Timothy M. Marston replies: "Well... if nothing else I'm atleast happy you were bold enough to speak your mind. But you'll never know that cause you didn't leave your email at any rate, thanks for the heads up, I'll try to remember these things next time" | |

| 1 Dec 2004 | Sarah | Loading...I'm staring at this some more and then I think "Whoa! Are those faces in the waves??" They are beautiful! This adds a whole other dimension to the piece. You are so creative. Timothy M. Marston replies: "Yeah, they sure are faces . I like to put them in random places in my pictures!" | |
